I take these daily– one a day. My vitamin D level was around 25, now it’s wavers between 50-55 (forget the units, but this is the lower end of the optimal level). They’re small and easy to swallow.

These vitamins come in a glass bottle, as recommended, for full efficacy. I take them with Megafood Magnesium about an hour before bed. My husband and I noticed a improvement in our sleep and stress levels in less than a week.
