Les dejo saber que soy una persona muy ansiosa con problemas de sueños tengo que decir que el producto no es el mejor pero tampoco es el más malo no sentà que cumpliera con su función de relajar entiendo que hay mejores marcas que si cumplen con su función. Ahora no sé si es que yo soy muy ansiosa y el producto no me funciona con dos pÃldoras llevo aproximadamente casi un mes tomando las fielmente pero aún no siento que cumpla con lo que dice es una pena.

I actually quite like these, and while they didn’t do what I was hoping for (I was hoping for a more intense bm than I get with fiber gummies), I think they’ll be helpful as a preventative measure if I take them more regularly in the future. I like the taste, it’s surprisingly close to real raspberries and I haven’t noticed an aftertaste. The texture is closer to gum drops than gummy bears, with just a hint of chalkiness like tums, which I don’t mind, but some reviewers seem to really hate.
The top ingredients are indeed glucose syrup, sugar, water, and pectin, which are all the ingredients I’d expect to see in a gummy version of a supplement. Idk why yall expected it to not be “candy”- that’s what these always are, the candy is the vehicle for the vitamin. If that’s not for you, then find a pill 🤷 but 2g of sugar per gummy certainly isn’t going to kill you.
Overall, I think I’d buy again, especially if they end up being good for maintenance as I hope they will.

I can fall asleep easily but have a difficult time staying asleep. I have been taking one capsule (200mg) every night and I am able to stay asleep. I also do not wake up groggy or foggy. It is all natural ingredients.

I do believe taking this product has helped me sleep better at night. I do recommend it if you’re having problems sleeping. There are limits of the amount of magnesium that you are supposed to have so you might want to check with the doctor

AMAZON Seems to be the only place to find in this powerful dosage which is the one that makes the most difference. You will notice it’s effects within 1/2 to an hour after taking Both my wife and I consume this and are very pleased. Highly recommend.

The recommended dose for magnesium is 320 to 420 and this works! It is 400 mg and it is easy to take and doesn’t have a bad taste to me.
