This is high quality L-Theanine! It really does work well! It helps me relax. It helps to calm my nerves when stress is high. It has improved my overall sleep quality! It doesn’t make me groggy either. They’re easy for me to swallow! And I haven’t noticed a taste or anything like that. It’s a really good price for what you’re getting! I do recommend it!!

This stuff works great! Two pills will REALLY lay you back in your seat. Kinda gives you a little Teflon to stressful situations. It doesn’t make you sleepy though like Ashwagonda does so taking them during the day is great. I take one pill on normal days to just make the day a little “nicer”. I tried it with Ashwagonda but that was a little over kill to me.

Omg do these work! I can’t get over how well they work, and I wonder how the heck every single human doesn’t know about ltheanine. If you are nervous, if you are anxious… Take one of these pills. It kicks in quickly for me… Probably 15-20min for my fast metabolism. I was watching the Spence and Crawford boxing match the other night. I was so pumped up, my heart rate and energy level was through the roof. I literally thought like I was the one who was getting in the ring. I told myself… Dude you need to calm down, your going to give yourself a heart attack. I reached for the ltheanine and 15 min later…. a calmful, blissful state. I still had energy, but my heart rate calmed down, my adrenaline levels eased, and I was still excited and happy. Unbelievable supplement, and one I will use regularly from here on out, taking as needed. I’ll pop one every few days, usually in the evening. Sometimes it makes me a little tired, sometimes it doesn’t. Not sure why, but wow definitely a supplement to have in hand when needed. Never heard of this company, all I know is it worked well for me. Best ltheanine I’ve ever tried no doubt

I usually use California Gold Nutrition L-Theanine 200mg but decided to give this brand a try, as they’re slightly cheaper. These pills are quite ineffective. I’d say they’re probably only 1/3 the strength of a single California Gold Nutrition AlphaWave L-Theanine 200mg capsule. I won’t be buying these again and can’t recommend, until they check their formula and make sure it’s all L-Theanine. I suspect it’s about 50-66% DL-Theanine and only 33-50% L-Theanine hence the much lower effect.

I bought these as a suggestion to help with ADHD and I have been taking them for a few weeks. So far I haven’t really noticed a huge difference in my ability to focus. I will update more when I am on them for 2 months.
