My order was for two bottles which last a total of two months. After taking these for two months I have noticed more energy. The reason I ordered these was to cut down on the number of supplements I take each day. So I do like having one pill providing so many different ingredients at the same time. There were several reasons why I decided to drop a star. Two capsules, which is a serving, include 100mg of the “Corti-soothe Blend”. The label doesn’t provide a breakdown of how much each of the ingredients make up the 100mg. For some of the ingredients I’d like to take more each day than can be included in the 100mg serving. Also, it’s a minor downside, but one bottle only includes a 30 day supply so it doesn’t last long.

I’ve taken this product for 4 days and every day I feel like I’m getting a UTI about 12 hours after I take it. If I don’t take it, no symptoms. Is this normal!?

I got this after reading that Cortisol supplements help with impaired sleeping due to perimenopause symptoms. I was initially going to give it a month to see how it works, but after a week of taking this daily with dinner, I already started sleeping not only better, but through the night, which was my most pressing issue. If you are going through perimenopause and are waking up continuously throughout the night, I would say that this is very effective in helping manage better sleep, whether you have started HRT or not.

The value for the amount of money is good, I do feel less on edge, I am still stressed but not wound as tight. I so sleep much better and don’t feel like my mind is running wild. I do not feel any side effects and I take it first thing in the morning with 8 oz. Of water. I do have it on auto subscription and will keep it that way. I have been taking it for a month and a half. I feel after 6 weeks I am starting to feel the effects and I can see how it helps.
