I’m not one to wear necklaces, and this item is not going to change my mind. I was interested in the calming, meditation aspects, including the ebook. Unfortunately, not even basic instructions are included and you have to scan a QR code to download the ebook.
The necklace is pretty heavy and seems reasonably well made. It includes a cloth to clean the outside and a brush to clean the inside. What it doesn’t include is easily accessible instructions.
