Just got it and slept on it last night. It’s actually kind of great, and pretty comfortable. Be careful taking it out of the packaging – it’s vacuum compressed in plastic, and if not careful you could cut it trying to get it out. I didn’t cut mine, but could see it happen really easy – so just have a care there. As to the product itself, I’m pretty happy with it.

Just used for a great night sleep. Mostly a back sleeper and it provides great neck support. stays cool and very comfortable. Wish it came with a pillow case but can easily use a normal pillow case which will just fit loose but still comfortable to keep this pillow clean. Great for stomach sleeping also and love the spot for arms which keeps me from sleeping on my arms.

The neck support is excellent (I am a cpap machine user and side sleeper). Very comfortable as well. I’m still evaluating the arm rest part….but this is definitely an improvement over my old pillows. I like the removable cover for washing too.
