Oh my goodness, this is a good, comfortable, and yes, darkening eye mask. I really like it a lot. It is very comfortable with cushy foam, and cut out areas for the eyes that add up to the perfect comfort factor. The eye cut outs are the best part as my eyelashes don’t touch them at all. There is no pressure on the eyes or the nose, and this mask actually feels super lightweight and pretty unnoticeable. The mask also eliminates light really well. My husband likes to watch tv in bed and this mask does a great job of blocking that light. I have also used it for naps in our family room, and it blocks the annoying sunlight we have for most of the day. This sleep mask has a hook/loop strap and a storage bag to keep it clean. I think this mask would be a great gift for anyone; its that good. The best part is it is really affordable too! I highly recommend it!

With relatively large eye cups and nose notch, this mask is very successful blocking light. The mask definitely succeeds achieving the total darkness in a bedroom glowing with an assortment of LED device indicators. The mask also succeeded blocking moonlight that floods in from a skylight and bedroom windows. Flashes from distant lightning were also blocked. Our house has no street lighting and relatively little traffic around at night. The rims of the shaped eye cups are filled with a bulky fiber that keeps the surface of the mask material “off” the eye. Keeping the fabric off the eye made this mask more comfortable for long periods in all positions/postures. The fabric and design seems “breathable”. While thin and lightweight the strap works fine with its velcro-like closure. Finishing of the stitchwork was good with no loose threads or seams. The mask can be rolled tightly and is very light weight. Since I use an eyemask every night and wash it weekly, one concern in my “male” mind is how long this light-weight delicate construction is going to last? If durability is not a concern, then this eye mask is a dramatic step-up from inexpensive plain flat masks with elastic straps. If durability is a primary value, you may want to consider masks with heavier construction?

This mask is easily adjustable for head size. I like the indentations for the eyes so that the material is not touching there. Comfortable & works well.

This sleep mask is super soft and super comfortable. It blocks out all light to help you get a good rest. The Velcro strap is easy to use and isn’t too bulky so you don’t feel a big lump in the back of your head while laying down.

I don’t have black out curtains in my bedroom for reasons irrelevant to this review so I bought this mask to help me sleep in the mornings or in the afternoons once it’s already light. I’m happy with how soft it is on my face and the strap is comfortable and easy to adjust to fit the size of my head. It’s a little big on my face but that’s okay since I never see myself in it anyway! Unfortunately though I’ve worn it several times and every time I try it, it eventually slips off and I’m woken up by the light. So while it functions well as a mask, the fact that it doesn’t stay secure defeats the purpose.

This review is for the Vine item which was just an eye mask, no headphones. I don’t know why this is a different item than what I am trying to review.
They eye mask (alone) is made of nice material and works quite well to block out light. There are some ‘nubbins’ built into the fabric, which I am not sure the purpose, that may bother some people. I just lay it over my eyes since I don’t move around when sleeping and I don’t need to fasten it with the strap. I did try it with the strap and it seemed comfortable for the short time I used it that way.

The number 1+ of this product is it absolutely places no pressure on your eyes. Having you similar products, I cannot say the same. It does a great job for cutting out all light and the elastic fits to your face snuggly and comfortably.
