Dual control, easy to use, works great and is comfortable.

This mattress pad is very warm on the first level and it is hot on the 2nd level. There is no automatic shut-off nor is there a timer on the control.
I would send it back but the return window has closed.

I love this using mine. I put it on high to heat up but once I’m in bed I only have to have it on warm. Keeps me warm all night. Right at 8hours it stops working and the lights start to blink red. I thought it was supposed to stay on for 10 hours but other than that it’s great.
