I’m not seeing any great results from this sleep aid. If I take one, I’m back awake around 4 hours later, and not able to go back to sleep. When I take 2, I don’t see any difference. Also, when I am asleep, the dreams are very strange, almost like I’m hallucinating.

If you want to get a good nights sleep these are truly the best nite time sleeping pills I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many and some are good but now that I’ve tried these I will only use these. I also drink a nite time sleepy hot tea every night and these 2 together have given me the best sleep ever. I have a hard time going to sleep when I have too much on my mind and since using this product I fall asleep quickly and don’t wake up for 9 hours. I typically do sleep about 8 hours and now I sleep even more. So after using this the first couple time I realized that I needed to start taking my sweet dreams tablet earlier in the evening, so I take about 10 hours before I need to awake. I only take 1 tablet. Try these you will love them. No side effects either!

Not being able to sleep is the worst! This supplement is one of my favorite sleep aids. I rotate between a few different ones when I need help sleeping and this is my favorite right behind my prescription sleep aid. It’s one of the only ones that usually doesn’t make me feel groggy the next morning. It also seems to help me stay asleep all night. I’ve tried a few and I feel like this one has the least amount of side effects and still does the job. It’s an average size capsule and easy enough to swallow. Seems like a good value for the money also.

I ordered this product for my husband to try because he has a hard time falling asleep knowing he has to wake up very early and go out of town sometimes. He would anticipate the alarm going off and toss and turn and just never be able to fall asleep. I myself have used melatonin for a while but couldn’t get him to try it. Then I found this amazing product that not only has melatonin but other ingredients to calm your mind so that you can actually be able to relax and then in turn fall asleep! This combination works so well for both of us and very quickly for me. I fall asleep within minutes of going to bed. My husband falls asleep quicker with it and stays asleep most importantly, and there is absolutely no groggy, tired feeling in the morning. If plain melatonin works for you, you will be amazed by this product!

Good product but pricey. I bought this because it had Gaba & the extra ingredients. It worked like other melatonin that I’ve bought before without all the extra ingredients. One silly thing I couldn’t stand about it was the bottle it came in. I couldn’t stand the texture of the label. Silly like I said! To me it was like fingernails across a chalkboard. I ended up putting tape around it so I could open the bottle. It was just a cheap label. Didn’t effect the actual product at all. The company’s gotta save money somewhere!
Overall, decent product, worked well. Just to pricey for something you use every night. I found another melatonin with the extras for a lot less money.

Wanted to replace ‘Tranquil Sleep’ with this product as it was cheaper at the time and ingredients are very similar. This one does not work at all, and has no return/refund policy. Very unfortunate
