Since the Protekt Energy packets were working quite well for me, I decided to give the Rest packets a try during a recent trip. The Rest packets dissolve easily into water and taste just as flavorful as the other products from the Protekt brand (without being over-sugary or sweet). I tried the Protekt Rest packets at different time intervals before sleep, one at 30 minutes before bedtime and another at 60 minutes before bedtime. For me, the 60 minutes-before-bedtime approach worked a bit better, but I encourage everyone to try out and get their own routine ; either way, the product definitely works –> helps you calm down and feel more relaxed before sleeping. In addition, while sleeping, no ups and downs or having to wake up odd times, which means the product delivers an even dose of R&R. Highly recommended, again the brand and product did not disappoint !

I heard of these sleep aids from the Joe Rogan podcast recently. Overall, I’m not real impressed by this product. The flavor was good and packages were easy to open. My biggest complaint was the texture of the liquid when I mixed it with water. I didn’t expect the liquid inside the packs to be kinda chunky. I found that the seemed to mix better if I squeezed the packs a few times before I dumped them into the water. I did notice it was easier to fall asleep when I took two of the packs. I didn’t notice much difference when I took one. Overall, it’s a decent product, but I’ve personally had better results with melatonin or ZMA supplements.

To follow up with this review, Protekt made it right with me since their product didn’t work for me. They have great customer service so I changed this from a 1 star to a 3 star. Hopefully, Protekt Liquid Sleep Support works for you.

Having a busy schedule means at times I find it hard to get to sleep at night. I have taken other supplements, but they either don’t work or make me feel groggy the following day. I had heard from a friend about “Protekt Rest” so I thought I would try it. So far, 100% success as I have taken this on those nights where sleep feels out of reach. And best of all, I wake up the next morning feeling rested and ready to tackle my day. I recommend to anyone who may need the help to calm and fall asleep, without having to worry about feeling groggy the next day.

the taste of the lemon ginger is absolutely amazing. the ginger is subtle and not overpowering. I honestly look forward to drinking it every night. it instantly calms me and relaxes me when going to sleep. I wake up with 0 grogginess. I love that there is no melatonin and that I know I have gotten the best sleep I could have when taking this product. highly recommend
