I love this pillow because I have a bad neck and if I don’t have proper neck support I get a painful krick in my neck. I havent had a krick in my neck or a headache at all. The support is firm and soft at the same time. I’ve found that I also get nice support for my upper shoulders as well as my neck. I sleep mostly on my back but when I wake up on my side I’m very comfortable. I wish it had come with a anti-allergen cover on it. Surprisingly my silk pillow case fits it just fine though. The pillow is well made and is holding up well. There is no smell that I’ve noticed. The pillow feels very plush.

Due to its ergonomic and well-thought out shape, this pillow designed for side-sleepers like myself, has proven to be more effective. It’s easy to use, helps reduce neck pain in the morning, and retains the same shape. You can turn it around to help match the level needed. It’s affordable, sturdy, easy to clean, and helps keep my physical pain at rest. I’d recommend an extra pillow between the legs as a side-sleeper to complement the lower spine. It’s nice to have room for my arms to decrease the pain level I deal with.

The pillow came compressed and vacuum sealed like a mattress so it took a bit of kneading and time to get the pillow to fully expand. Once it was fully expanded, it is comfortable to sleep on. Your head sits in the middle leaving your neck and shoulder supported. It has helped a bit with neck stiffness and allowed motion to be back in my neck in the morning without having to stretch as much or have that feeling if needing to crack my neck to relieve tightness. I sometimes sleep with headphones I and this also allows room for that without having an ear bud smashed into your ear. With more time I would consider this my go to pillow.

Update:
I decided to try this pillow again after waking up in pain one night from the next pillow I tried. And I found a way for this pillow to help support my neck overnight. I don’t try to put my head in the center head cutout. Instead, if I use the tall edge side of the pillow only, and wedge the lower corner (tallest, thickest area) in between my neck and shoulder, it’s comfortable and supportive for side sleeping.
Giving it 3 stars, because maybe my body just isn’t the right size, span between neck, head, shoulders, etc. I woke up with neck issues one morning and thought I’d buy this. I ended up worse and in PT. I decided to ditch this pillow one day just to see what would happen. And shockingly, my neck and shoulder issues were immediately considerably better. I wish I hadn’t put my neck through using this thing for a couple months.

Tried for a few weeks. Find this pillow too hard. Not comfortable. Does not help to retrieve neck pain for me. In the end, have to throw it away.
