Ordered these and they are absolutely much better than I expected. I ordered 22″ by 22″ to fill a 20″ by 20″ pillow cover. Using the larger size it creates a very luxurious result. Great value!

I like the pillow inserts and the material. I didn’t have the dryer balls; however, I decided to fluff them by hand. Fluffing them turned out very good. I recommend that you purchase the inserts. The price was on point since you actually get a set. I plan to purchase another set in the near future.

Better than I thought it was going to be after looking at pics, reading description and reviews. These inserts fluffed up so big and fat in the dryer, I was impressed.

I received my order of two Miulee 12×20 pillow inserts quickly, but I have never see such bad, bad pillows. As you can hopefully see from the picture, there are hard strips of some unknown source inside the pillows. I have tried massaging and trying to fluff the pillows to see if they had just been vacuum packed for a long period and might soften up. That did not work. The plastic feel of the shards will break into smaller pieces, but there is no indication of softening at all. Stay far away from ordering these inserts.

The pillows fluffed up fantastically and stay fluffy, but there is an off putting chemical odor that almost smells like burnt hair. I’ve had them about a week now and they still smell. If you can get around that, they’re great!
ETA: manufacturer gave me a full refund and I didn’t have to send them back. Excellent customer service, so upgrading from three stars to four.

I bought these for a 24 x 24 pillow case. They are the softest pillows; however, they keep their shape. The pillows look great and hold the perfect karate chop in the middle. I will buy these again!
