Any of the magnesium sprays are good for promoting relaxation and sleep. The one with the tea tree oil is excellent for controlling odours in your underarm.

I believe I have RLS( restless leg syndrome) in one leg! I swear she likes to party when it’s bedtime! Lhh. I spray this all over, from the bottom of my foot all the way up to my thigh. I let it dry for a few minutes then I get in the bed. I promise my leg takes her butt to sleep without the sass! Definitely an anesthesia for my leg! 🙂 I’m glad to get some relief!!

This is magic in a bottle ! I put it on my legs and feet after a shower and it does sting a little bit but I like it make me feel like it’s working! But I just put this on rub it in till it’s dry add socks and go to dream land !
