I absolutely love this pillow. It’s always been hard for my husband and I to find a pillow that doesn’t cause us to feel pain the next day. I’ve tried getting the fluffy kinds to the memory foam kinds and they’re all terrible! Fluffy ones would get flat really easily, always gotta refluff it a bit to sleep just for it to flat again the next day… memory foam is great but it’s usually made to be stiff and most of the time, it’s oddly shape…BUT FINALLY A pillow that has a bit of memory foam but because it’s in pieces rather one large chunk, it’s easier to adjust to the shape I need to get comfortable in. AND it came with extra filling if I need more. I personally find the amount it came with is just nice. I’m not sure about the cooling side tho since I have a pillow case on. Oh, the stuffing is a mix of pieces of memory foam and some fluff! It’s like the best of two worlds made a baby.
Side note: I just gave birth not long ago and I’m exhausted, every little but sleep is important to me. Having a good pillow allows to me sleep for whatever little bit of time I have.

I bought a set of these pillows before a camping trip! I’m so happy I did!
I am always looking for a pillow to ease my neck pain, I never thought these would be it. They come shrink wrapped but puff up nicely.
They offer support but aren’t hard. I tend to get headaches from hard pillows but need the support for my neck. These pillows deliver. Good support but if you want to double it over to read or sleep in a different position, they work for that too.
You won’t regret buying these!

It’s definitely on the softer side so if you’re a fan of your head sinking into a pillow this is great for you. I do wish it was a little firmer. I worry that over some time it might stay flat. I’ve been using it since august and noticed slight denting but it does come with filling for more firmness. The pillow does keep your head cool and is comfortable.

OMG what a game changer. We have gone through god knows how many pillows in search for the right one and the search is over. The most comfortable and supportive pillow we have ever used. Sleep quality is so much better. The stuffing is unique and so very comfy. You can remove and fill to your hearts desire. Double sided for cooling and comfort. Once a week we just put them in the dryer on “air fluff” just to puff it back up. I would recommend this for anyone of all ages.

My husband and I got a new mattress and upgraded our pillows with it. We decided to try out these cooling pillows.
I had a memory foam contour pillow for the last 5 or so years, so I was worried any other type of pillow would be difficult to get used to or cause neck problems or something. This pillow has been great so far though! We’ve had them for several months and my neck and back feel just fine!
The cooling feature is just okay, so if you’re trying to find relief from hot flashes or a hot bedroom with no A/C, you may be disappointed. I notice my pillow feels cooler than the mattress and cooler than my previous pillows feel when I first lay down… but about 20 seconds later, that cooling feeling is gone.
If you’re looking for a pillow that will keep you cool all night long, this pillow isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable pillow that provides good support and feels cool-ish when you first put your head down, you’ll be happy with this purchase!

I have been searching for the perfect pillow and I’ve found them! I read a lot of reviews from many of the manufacturers on Amazon and I’m very happy with this choice. Have been using them now for two weeks and they are super comfortable. They are firm but soft. Both my husband and I are back and side sleepers and we love them. We used to need 2 pillows to sleep and this one has replaced both. We did not need to add or subtract any gel/foam but it is nice to have the extra. I found the cooling side still to be somewhat cooling with a pillowcase on. My husband no longer wakes up with a stiff neck.

These came flat in vacuum seal packaging. I wondered if they would really fluff up and be soft without flattening out again. Well, they are fluffed thick and the softest pillows I’ve ever had and they are so comfortable to sink into but don’t stay that flat, indented “my head was there” way. I did fluff them up and squish them around when I took them out of the packaging and they took on a wonderful shape! Super pillows!

I bought this pillow because I wanted a very firm one (I guess I’m mostly a side sleeper), & liked that it came with a package of additional fill to make it firmer. After one night of sleeping on it, I decided I really needed to add the filling. Had no trouble doing that, but the zipper on the inner lining had gotten some of the filling fluff stuck in it. Try as I might, I couldn’t close that zipper! I had to hand-sew the lining closed. Now I’m not sure how long those stitches will hold, & have used all the additional filling on this one pillow, with none left over for the other pillow that came packed with it. I’d like to have an additional liner to replace this one, plus another package of the fill material for the other pillow.

After 10 different pillow attempts I finally found the right one . Soft where it needs to be for neck support . I like that you can personalize it buy taking stuffing out. Be patient when you open the package . It needs to gain air to get fluffy .
