If the chemical itself doesn’t give relief, the act of rolling it on the affected area may present a massage effect that does. My impression is that magnesium in its several forms are beneficial and readily absorbed. I will continue to buy.

I get a lot of muscle cramps in my legs and this product works well. Bought the spray a few years ago, but the spray is hard to apply on an angle. So the roll on is even more effective! Just a little pricey.

This product is absolutely amazing! I was looking for something to help post workouts when needed. Right after purchasing it, my friends and I were doing the Spartan Beast (21k with 30 obstacles)! So I put it in my camel-bak just incase. It saved us!! Anytime we started feeling a cramp or tight muscles, we used it and it immediately relieved our pain. It is a roll-on so I don’t have to wash my hands afterwards and can use it in the middle of the night without turning on a bright light. It definitely does easy, even fix my muscle cramps.

I am prone to getting bad leg cramps quite often, in spite of staying hydrated, so this product has been a lifesaver, especially at night when cramps can hit with a vengeance. I keep it by the bed so I can grab it and just roll it on. It is foamy and requires that you rub it in, which probably helps with the cramping as well. I tried the other version of this product that goes on like an aerosol shaving cream, which works fine, but is difficult for me to apply to out-of-the way areas on the back of my legs and thighs. So this roll-on is more convenient for me for faster results. I have no idea why this product works based on ingredients, but it does the job for me and that is all I care about.

No two folks will experience muscle cramping in the same way, and once that cramp hits (especially in the middle of the night), trying to make them go away is a task to be sure.
In my case, I get very bad leg cramps, in particular in my Ham Strings – usually at night after a good work-out in the gym. When they cramp, the pain is mind-boggling and nothing I do can make them go away. Even trying to get on my feet makes me feel crippled when that occurs.
So around a year ago, I heard abot this Theraworx Muscle Cramp relief. Initially assuming that it was just another bottle of “snake oil,” I ordered one anyway, and boy am I glad that I did.
I keep mine (I actually just ordered 3 bottles off of Amazon) – one by my bed side, one by the family room while watching TV, and one in another room. And I also keep a bottle in my gym workout bag.
The first cramp I received after getting this Theraworx product was massive – and I almost forgotten that I had the Theraworx. I was in bed when it hit, and then grabbed the bottle and sprayed some (it comes out as a foam) into my hand and just started rubbing it in to the affected area. Without exaggeration, within 5 seconds of so – like magic – the cramp started subsiding quickly. Well, I was hooked every since and I absolutely swear by this product. My wife got sick of hearing me tout the many benefits of Theraworx – that is, until she got severe cramps (again, at night) in her feet. I gave her my bottle, and yes, she’s been also hooked every since.
So yes, this Theraworx product really works. Now in some very severe cases – like in one case after a 20 mile hike in a State Park, my Ham Strings cramped so severely that applying the Theraworx with the first application, didn’t work. I had to then apply another batch, rubbing it in thoroughly, and that did the trick. Without it, I would not have been able to walk the remaining way back to the car (which was still a few miles away).
Beyond highly recommended! Every athlete or body builder needs to have this product on their person while running, or in a locker or bag while working out.
