I have been trying all sorts of sleep supplements following a traumatic event in my life 15 months ago that has negatively impacted my ability to sleep restfully. Please note, I fall asleep immediately and oftentimes am unable to wake up when my alarm goes off and I feel as if I have just pulled an “all-nighter” throughout the day. That’s to say, my issue is not insomnia, it’s unrestful sleep.
I chose to try Amino Night since I have had relatively good luck with amino acid supplements such as L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, and others following the traumatic event. However, after first trying four capsules one night and then two the following night, I will not touch these capsules ever again.
Not only did I have frightening dreams and oversleep each time I used Amino Night, I woke up feeling horrible and found it very hard to function throughout the day. Not only was my energy level impacted in a negative way, I also suffered from very low mood – with deep depression, sadness, agitation, low motivation, decrease in focus, and other symptoms that made my life harder.

I tried this out because it was pretty cheap, and put me above the 5 item mark for getting 15% subscribe & save. I also have some sleep issues sometimes, so I think I’m a good judge of the effectiveness of it. One thing I didn’t notice before purchasing it was that it has a TON of B6 in it, which for me definitely causes *worse* sleep. I figured I’d try it anyway, and my expectations were pretty much confirmed. It provided me with a relatively poor night of sleep, possibly worse than nothing at all. Your mileage may vary.
