I use the product in my cpap diffuser. It keeps me calm so I can get to sleep and stay asleep and wake up refreshed for the following day. It also keeps the cpap machine and tube smelling fresh and clean and keeps the air that goes through the machine and hose smelling fresh and clean so I can get to sleep and stay asleep.

This blend of essential oils smells to nice when used in an aroma diffuser. I have been using every day in my office for quite a while.
I put about 10 drops in 200ml water and the smell is noticeable and not very irritating.
And the price is good.
