My wife went into labor a year and a half ago and that labor went very quickly….so quickly that she ended up giving birth on our bed in the presence of EMTs. We then went to the hospital where I stayed overnight with my wife and new baby girl. The next day, once things had clamed down, I went home to clean up before they came home. For those who have witnessed or gone through child birth, you know what a mess I arrived to. For those who haven’t, suffice to say there are many different types of fluids and a lot of them. Let’s just say I was fully expecting to be purchasing a new mattress. To my amazement, once I’d bagged our sheets and this mattress pad, our mattress was perfectly fine. I bought another one immediately and will continue to use this brand as long as it exists. I challenge anyone to put it through a more rigorous test and I’m positive it can stand up to some sweat or your child’s pee in the middle of the night. I could have posted a pic but it’s better for everyone if I don’t.

I bought this mattress protector because my baby Pug, Neesie Matice, has started her first cycle at 9 months old! I am very pleased with quality, and it seems to have good sleeping quality. It adds a little firmness to my super plush memory foam which is GOOD! It has a basic appearance and was easily washed for the first time as it does have a NEWCHEMICAL smell which is NORMAL for all new products these days so I do recommend trying the protector on your mattress for sizing BEFORE you wash it so if it needs to go back you’re able to get a refund and a larger or smaller size. I found the fit to be bit small for a 14 inch plush memory foam full size, however, it does stay on but kinda misses the sides so an extra inch would have been nice. I’ve only used it one night so we’ll see! I put it under a normal fitted sheet then spread out a fluffy fleece blanket to add warmth and protection being my Pug sleeps with me and always will! Anyway, the protector was easy to install and seemed to hold up after the first wash. I DO RECOMMEND WASHING ON WARM WATER THEN EXTRA LOW DRYING BECAUSE THE WATERPROOFING SEAL CAN BE MELTED IF TOO HIGH A HEAT SETTING IS USED IN THE DRYER!! Anyway, I’m getting my bestie one of these next week if I see this one holds through the week! It also has a basic but nice appearance. It’s a GO for this brand and I’m glad I chose it – it’ll do the job for now and if needed I’ll replace it with a zippered one- it also makes zero noise so that’s a bonus!! It’s nothing like sleeping on a plastic protector!! It’s actually very comfy!!! I recommend this to people with 14 inch and under only buyers!

so obviously it is very difficult to find decent mattress protectors , i for one have the dream cloud one and it is my tried and true. i decided to take a chance on this one and am very happy with the results ! i got this protector for my boyfriend, and while in bed he spilled an entire large mcdonald’s sprite on it .. LOL OOPS. lo and behold when all was said and done this protector held up very well against the mess ! i will say that if anything runs off the side of it , it definitely will soak through the mesh edges, but as a whole this protector does its job. very impressed !

I bought this product a few years back on the basis of a review that this protector saved a mattress during a home birth. I needed it to avoid losing my mind while potty training a co sleeper. Now in the midst of potty training #2, I felt like I should come back and give this a glowing review. We LOVE it. We have two for our bed that I can switch out and two for each of the kids’ beds. It fits like a fitted sheet, keeps all liquids from soaking through (looking at you, surprise colon prep), and is easy to wash. We have a normal fitted sheet over top, so I only wash sporadically outside of accidents. 2+ years later, the waterproofing is still in excellent condition. I do keep a zippered mattress protector underneath for bug/allergen protection, but having this means I almost never have to remove the zippered one. Sure, the mattress isn’t as breathable, but I’ll take it over having to whip out the baking soda and vinegar to absorb a potty training incident. 100% would recommend and buy again.

This is a great mattress protector. Works very well and fits like a glove on our mattress. Arrived fast and shipping box was not damaged. Have ordered 2 so we have a spare to change right away. Our older dog has started to pee the bed and our old mattress cover was not stopping the leaks from going through.SafeRest waterproof cover has. Guess our old one had worn out from washing so much and had never been put to the test. I would recommend the SafeRest one.

I am very pleased with this mattress protector! I got this to protect my bed while fostering cats, and it has come in handy for the first time. My cat, while ill, released quite a lot of pee on the bed, and none of it got through to my mattress! I had the mattress protector for only three weeks, and I have now washed it for the first time, so I do not know about longevity, but at least for this time period it has worked well.I have not noticed the protector making me sleep hotter, and have not had any issues with sheets or the protector slipping off of the bed.

I really like these protectors. I got the first one in 2019 when my cat developed kidney disease and started having accidents on my bed. It protected it perfectly and I never had any leakage to the mattress.In 2020 I upgraded to a queen size bed and got a new protector for it. Equally high quality. Now in 2024 I decided to order a new one because my routine has been busy and I want to have a spare mattress protector to rotate (usually I take it out and wash it the same day), but my old one is still as good as new! I can’t even believe it’s the same one I’ve had for four years now (had to check it on Amazon for sure).Not only it’s completely waterproof, as tested by all types of things, but it’s extremely comfortable and you can’t tell at all there is something there. It won’t get warm or feel plasticky.On top of that, it is deep and fits really well on the mattress, staying really secure. Even when I change the bedsheets, if I don’t specifically pull the mattress protector off it will stay there fine. The sizes are flexible and really give you a good fit, easy to put on and firm.I also machine wash and dry it. You just have to make sure to put some towels or other linens with it in the dryer or it won’t dry well (it says that in the instructions)Truly I gave zero complaints. Can’t beat it for the price.

Bought this because my kids are potty training and like to crawl in bed with me. I was skeptical if it would be truly waterproof and it is! Even a large puddle did not soak through.My only regret is not buying two!

As a person with 3 under 4 and 2 cats, this is a necessity. So far it has saved my mattress from multiple bodily fluids and an incident with liquid blush. It’s soft and pillowy on the top, and washes and dries well. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Has a great grip, offers protection by covering the whole bed and not just one spot, and helps keeps a slippery fitted sheet on better. My mom likes it much better than previous mattress protectors.
