So i have been taking chewables (BrainMD) that work but i didn’t like the tart chewable late at night – and then had to get up and brush my teeth again. So i tried these. They work well. Deep sleep. However, for almost 2 weeks i would wake up groggy and would feel that way into the late morning and even around lunch time. I just didn’t have my usual energy. So, i tried my chewables again. This morning, i woke up clear headed and ready for the day. Back to chewables. However, this IS still a good product. I might not affect others the same way.

It really works, not so restless at night ! Melatonin alone didn’t help me but this combination makes a world of difference ! Feel rested in the morning not at all groggy ! I’ve referred this product to 3 people, 2 of which I gave them some to try, and they’ll be ordering ! One friend was going to try the Melatonin free one because she takes Thyroid medicine. Nice to have options !!! Well done !!

I thought I had finally found something that would help me get more adequate sleep but it isn’t much better than any of the others I’ve used. From the reviews, I was excited because I use a few of the other products by the same company and they work great. I’ve taken up to 3 and was tempted to take 4 but didn’t want to push it. At 3, I didn’t feel anymore than 1. I felt the same exact way. Completely disappointed 😞

These work exactly as I hoped. I’m able to fall asleep easily, wake once to urinate, and easily go back to sleep. I don’t feel drugged…just able to sleep without issue.

This product was advertised to give you restful sleep. I took them at 11:30 pm and at 3:30 am was wide awake. No sleep at all. Don’t purchase, this is a joke!

I love this product because I can not take melatonin. Rest-zzz helps me fall asleep quickly and continue to rest without feeling groggy in the morning. Please note: this is not like a sleeping pill. It will not knock you out for the night. If you wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will still do that, but you can go back to sleep and feel rested in the morning. Plus, it is an all-natural supplement.

I sleep so well and on this product! I was surprised that such a gentle formula works for me. I have anxiety and it kicks up right before falling asleep. This product has helped me to overcome that and it a good night’s sleep. I’m also really happy that there’s no melatonin in this because melatonin can worsen restless legs and it also leaves me feeling groggy and depressed the next day. Great price also!
