we got this mattress because we moved to a new state quickly and were tired of sleeping on the couch but couldn’t afford a pricey mattress that would be a good “investment mattress”. I did a ton of research and finally settled on this one because of four reasons: 1. inexpensive! 2. good reviews (and I read all of the bad reviews too and decided they were likely the minority of purchasers) 3. this was NOT one of the brands that started relentlessly pushing ads into all my social media feeds as a result of all my research into mattresses lol and 4. i was so so sick of researching mattresses that I gave up and just picked this one.
I bought it in June and now it’s October and we’re liking it fine so far! it does already kinda have some signs of indentation from us sleeping on our respective sides of the bed every night, but I’m not that bothered by it because the mattress is still comfy.
BIGGEST THING TO NOTE: we didn’t get a boxspring or bunkie board, so we have just had the mattress on top of our bed frame, which is just a simple metal frame with a vertical bar down the center and evenly spaced horizontal bars across the width (we also got it on Amazon I’m sure, just a simple metal frame). the problem is that this frame is NOT a suitable support for this hybrid mattress. The mattress was more comfortable when we had it on the floor before the frame arrived, I guess because it was on a hard, firm surface. Now on the bed frame, the springs audibly scoot and shift on the bed frame, and it’s much less supportive. my boyfriend isn’t bothered by or apparently, but he sleeps like a rock. I have insomnia and have become painfully aware of these little details during sleepless nights.
I’m currently looking into getting a bunkie board (just because I don’t think I can afford a box spring at the moment, not because of a preference), and i have a feeling that if we’d had one since the start, the dips in the mattress from where we sleep wouldn’t be as apparent as they already are.
TL;DR– good mattress for the price!! comfortable and durable, super easy to unpack and set up, softer than I anticipated but not so soft that I feel stuck in it when I sit or lay down. HOWEVER it really really needs a stable base beneath it OTHER THAN A BED FRAME. you need a box spring or a bunkie board because it squishes and loses form easily without anything between it and the bed frame. for a cheap and comfortable mattress to get us settled into our new place, I’d definitely buy this again and recommend it.

I was a bit worried about buying a cheap mattress but I’ve had this mattress for the last two months and am really happy with it. My prior experiences with mattresses have been more expensive ones but this really holds up well against them. The only area you can tell it’s cheaper is that the edges aren’t as sturdy if you are sitting on the edge of the bed. I rarely do that though and it still feels comfortable but just sinks a little more.
Aside from the edges (which are not as much of a concern with a mattress anyways), it has been super comfortable for me, even being a side sleeper who’s super boney and appreciates all the padding I can get. I was worried when I ordered it that I would need to spend more on an extra pad to make it softer but I haven’t felt the need to as it seems plenty comfortable out of the box.
My sister spent closer to $1000 on a more name-brand mattress of the same size and when I told her what I paid for this she wanted to compare them and really only noted the aforementioned soft edges when you sit on them. For normal weight distributions it’s great!

There I was, excited for a new bed. It arrived and it was heavier than some bread mix left overnight in the fridge with two servings of yeast instead of one. But I got it upstairs after much tussle hustle bustle and a few choice words most people wouldn’t utter even in solitude. Figured out how to shimmy it out of the box and realized it was rolled up tighter than two hogs fighting in a pair of panty hose. So I got out my Swiss army 32 in 1 action survival knife with added flint, and cut into that package. I’m not sure if it was the overall excitement of the prospect of a new mattress for cheaper than a food haul out the back of your local Walmart, or if it was just the excitement of finally having something to use my new knife on, but I did not pay attention to the apparent uncurling as that package began to slice open. Until it was too late…
That bed sprung open harder than 4 clowns out a Jack in the box after a full night of Taco Bell Gordita crunch wrap supremes and a case of bud light. I was spritzed against the wall that now has an intention of my hard head, and I woke up on top of the mattress taco shaped inside my hallway.
Overall, no more back pain, great comfort, inflates super quick, good sized queen, and a whole hell of a lot of good memories. Just be sure and be in an open room free of small animals and children, this mattress takes no prisoners in its destructive capabilities, but you will sleep pretty damn good. Even has that new car smell, just a good BANG for your buck.

Bought this mattress for in our loft. The mattress is comfy. Once taken out of box/packaging, it did not take very long to fill out. For the price, it is a good mattress and should serve its purpose well.

It was quite impressive having a queen size mattress delivered in a box to our doorstep. I was able to move the box around by myself. This mattress was a great value when compared to the cost of a queen mattress at a furniture store. We purchased the 12-in version. If you’re looking for a “normal mattress” , I would avoid anything thinner. Overall quality seems pretty good. It certainly looks good. Edges are a little soft, but that is also the case with many regular mattresses. Our teen says it is very comfortable. I typically prefer firmer mattresses, but just testing this out it seems like a medium to medium soft feel. I flopped down on it to test it out “just for a few minutes” and woke up an hour later if that’s any indication of comfort. We paired it with a standalone bed frame, also purchased from Amazon and arriving in a fairly compact box, in order to avoid having to purchase a box spring at crazy inflated prices. There was no lingering unusual smell that we know noticed. In short, if you’re looking for a comfortable mattress at a low price this may be the way to go for you.
