This is a freaking GAME CHANGER. Like seriously no joke. As someone with sleep issues I combined this with magnesium and I’m out like a like peacefully. It takes about 30-40 minutes to kick in for me fyi. Say hi to pleasant sleep.

Taken as recommended, this doesn’t “knock me out” but it feels like it makes me mildly drowsy – enough to fall asleep naturally.
I find this product very helpful, as I am prone to lay down at bedtime and begin thinking instead of simply going to sleep.

This company is excellent – one of my favorites for supplements and essential oils. No surprise to me that the melatonin is excellent. I was unable to sleep for a couple of months and this product easily knocks me out but does not leave me feeling groggy in the morning. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking Melatonin for awhile & also purchasing NOW products in Mag & Vit D so thought I’d give their Melatonin 20mg a try. It’s rare to find 20mg capsules first off. The capsules are easy to take and seem to work as they should.
