Had been taking magnesium glycinate but wanted to try this one as it’s supposed to help with mental clarity due to crossing the blood brain barrier. Helps you feel energized. I’d say all and all it has been successful at that. Caplets are not too big. Easy to swallow. And fair priced.

Paid 43 euro/90 capsules and the product looks suspiciously low quality at first inspection. A lot of the content just spiled outside the capsule into the container.

After a long day of teaching high schoolers, raising 4 kids, and battling my adhd this stuff is amazing! I sleep better every time I have this. I often have to hide some from my husband when we run low so I have some until our next order comes in. If you have trouble sleeping, this might help!

There is no doubt that Magnesium L-threonate is the best form magnesium but it is bit costly than gluconate,but it is worth of buying. For better results need to take 4-5 capsules a day because elemental magnesium contain is only 144 mg and for adults more than 400 mg per day is required.

I take one of these and one Magnesium Glycinate. And it helps me sleep. This has no hangover effect like alcohol or a sleeping pill. Plus obviously magnesium is an essential mineral, necessary for many bodily functions.
