   I have been in need of a new comfortable mattress for the past few years and have been holding out on making the purchase thinking I would need to spend 1K or more. Oh was I very wrong! I wish I would’ve came to Amazon for this mattress a long time ago! This mattress is perfect and inflated in 1 days time after opening! I’ve already used it for over 6 months and have turned it around once (as per the recommendation) and it’s still good as new! I am only using the mattress and no box spring is needed with the bed frame I have. The height is perfect and it’s genuinely very comfortable. I even recommended this mattress to my mom so she can upgrade to a king size for a really good price! If you were thinking about trying this mattress, PLEASE DO!

   We purchased the 10″ medium plush king mattress.
   The instructions say to leave for 48 hours. We left it for almost 3 days and it never went up to 10″. Some sides stayed at 8.5″ and the others never went past 9″.
   Because of how thin it is and how plush it turned out to be, after a few hours on the mattress, you kinda start feeling the bottom of the mattress. It did turn out to be more plush than medium.
   My husband has no problem with it. He’s very skinny.
   I on the other hand, have pronounced hips and side sleeping is mainly where the uncomfortably sets in.

   Mattress is terribly uncomfortable I just can’t quite place my finger on what it is all I know is I have it 6 weeks and I woke up in more pain than I ever have – and I don’t even have back issues!!!

   I go to try and return it.. they try to sell me on a topper. I state no i want my money back they communicate they can only issue 50%. NO- they have a 100% money back guaranty. She says okay if you can donate it with proof you can have a full refund – no charities near me collect mattresses. I ended up giving it away on the Facebook buy nothing page.
   Novilla costumer service then tells me they can only refund through PayPal since I bought it on Amazon. 😒 thought this was very strange but WHATEVER I create a PayPal account. Now sits the money on “hold” in PayPal. It says I need a tracking number to prove my “sale” was received. As if Novilla bought something from me, and paid me for it. Overall JUST DONT DO IT.
   I probably shouldn’t have agreed to the whole PayPal thing. I’m incredibly disappointed.

   I received this mattress yesterday around 4:30 p.m. I opened it immediately to let it start inflating and just in case there was any smell air out. There was no smell so that was nice! It is currently 9:00 a.m. the next day and so far it has reached 10⅝ inches. The corners being closer to 10 in and a little narrow, however I know it can take 72 hours to fully inflate so I’m going to give it more time. So far the only thing that I wasn’t too impressed with was I expected the memory foam to have a little more squish to it. I knew it was medium firm but I expected it to indent a little bit when I sat on it or pushed hard on it to watch it grow back but it just seems like stiff foam. It’s going to be much better than the pillow top mattress I have that has a huge indent from where I have slept on it even though I have rotated it numerous times and have only had it for a year and a half. The memory foam mattress is good quality if it’s the type of mattress that you’re looking for but I would have liked a little bit more forming to the body. I will add an update after 72 hours as far as the inflation and I will sleep on it for a night so I can add that in the update as well! Overall it’s a good mattress and the price was great especially for buying it without being able to try it out first. Worst case scenario I will buy a 2 inch gel topper to put on top of it as I have rheumatoid arthritis so I was looking forward to it conforming to my body a little better but overall great quality and hopefully it will reach the 12 inches!

   I bought this in May 2024, when I was living in California.

   I moved across the country and moving my room full of furniture didn’t make sense, since it would cost more to move it, than the little bit of stuff I owned.

   Prior to this mattress, I purchased a $1400 DreamCloud King Size mattress. It was okay, never very comfortable, very firm, but the pillow top helped a bit. But it was just okay. 1.5 years in, the corner of the mattress caved, I’m 6’0″ tall 350lbs. I slept on it another year, thinking that I needed to spend a million more dollars. We’ll I moved and threw away the mattress and didn’t have enough money to but another expensive one. I literally had about $300.

   I researched everything about these foam beds, even about fiberglass concerns, safety, how long they last, etc. This Novilla mattress had the best reviews, the company stopped using fiber glass over a year ago, and heavier people have said the thicker mattress was very comfortable- so I got the thickest one- 12 inches. I let it deflate a full 72 hours, before sleeping on it, as instructed. It was rough being on the floor for a few days but man was it worth it! I laid on it and melted in beautifully. Every crevice hugged, plenty of back support, just touch enough I could sleep on my side, and perfect on my stomach. It is supportive but soft enough that it doesn’t hurt me sleeping on my side. Everything feels aligned. Slept on it until I moved to New York and left it behind with my old landlord, who happily wanted it.

   Well I move into my apartment next week and I have the money to buy an expensive one but in not going to. This bed was more comfortable than my $1400 mattress. It’s responsive- I can roll, and get up easily, not lot those dead in the mud, cheap foam mattresses where you feel stuck in them and can’t get out. I can’t say enough good things about it. And for this price!? It’s $35 cheaper than when I bought it in May. I’m ecstatic.

   I bought it myself, I rarely if ever leave reviews, but if you were on the fence- just get it, you can’t beat it. This feels great, looks great, cover unzips and washes easy, comfy, big person friendly, great sleep, enough support, I’m in love. Don’t get the thin 8 inch or whatever stuff they got, I’m only vouching for this 12 inch thick one, so don’t blame me, if you get a thin one and hate it.

   Oh the AI is telling me to mention inflation and expansion- mine inflated 100% even the corners, no issue, and I didn’t smell any degassing during the 3 days, but I did leave my window open like it suggested.

   I’ll be ordering to arrive in 6 days, so I’ll update in a couple weeks, on my second one, and if it gives me the same experience again.
