These legitimately taste so good I sometimes have to talk myself out of having an extra. I bought them for my kids, who did not like the texture (though I’m also picky, and it’s fine to me- to each their own). When the kids didn’t want them, I took them to get rid of them instead of my usual capsules. I really notice a difference in my sleep and I get more muscle cramps when I don’t take my magnesium, and these worked just as well for me.
