It’s hard to believe an OTC concoction could make such a dramatic improvement, but this stuff has been nothing short of miraculous for both me and my son. Our quality of life has greatly improved because of Calm. It may sound like hyperbole but, I assure you, this is a truthful, unsolicited review.
Concerning RLS:
Prior to finding this product, I had suffered from severe restless leg syndrome (RLS) for over a decade. I took prescription Requip for years, but never found complete relief.
I started taking Calm for insomnia (which it helps, but doesn’t completely resolve), but began to notice that my RLS symptoms had vanished. I eventually tapered off the Requip completely, and haven’t used anything but Calm for the last few years. I have NO episodes of RLS as long as I take Calm fairly regularly.
Regarding Sleep Paralysis:
My 25 year old son has had odd sleep behavior since he was small. He would sleep walk, talk in his sleep, and have night terrors as a child. As he got older, he would still frequently yell and throw things in the middle of the night. He says he would often awake and see “shadow men” in his room, his heart would suddenly race as he began to go to sleep, and would experience that sense of falling almost always. Night time has been a struggle for him, and he says that sleep is “a lot of work.”
He saw doctors, but anything that was supposed to be a sedative would make his symptoms worse, so he refused to seek further treatment. Earlier this year, he was having a particularly rough patch, so I convinced him to try a glass of my Calm.
The next morning, to my surprise, he was cautiously optimistic. He asked for more that night. He doesn’t go without it now and only has a few bad nights a month. It’s been transformative!
I don’t know what it is exactly about the mix, but it works. I’ve tried magnesium and melatonin separately, but never had results as good as we get with Calm.
*One tip I would add for new users – When you first mix the powder in water, it will appear cloudy for a minute or two. If you drink it then, it will taste chalky and tart. If you let it set for a little while, the water will clear and the taste will be fruitier and sweeter.

After living in a really intense country for a while, my stress levels skyROCKETED (joke but also serious). It affected my sleep and it sucked. I ordered this and noticed an immediate change in my sleep for the better. I drink it like hot tea and it’s a cozy bedtime tradition. Falling asleep isn’t the issue, staying asleep was the problem and this helped. It’s also really good for jetlag and as a constant traveler, I always bring some with me. Plus you are getting magnesium so that’s a bonus. I have reordered too many times to count. It’s good stuff.

This did work for me. It did make me wanna sleep. Apparently, I’m allergic to magnesium carbonate. My lips turned really red and peeled. My face constantly itched at night. Face peeled burned, like I was on retinol durning the day, with makeup. After I stopped taking it. Few days later, My lips healed. Face went back to normal. I’m not knocking the company or product, It did work for me. I just happen to be allergic to it.

Great product, helps with relaxation and sleeping. Start out with 1/4 teaspoon until you see how you react to it.

This stuff works like magic! BUT!! It’ll make you poop your guts out entirely!! I took it for three days then the pooping started and didn’t stop for 3 days. Like Hershey squirts. Badly.
