This is without a doubt the best melatonin product I had ever bought, and I had bought quite few of them. I have a extremely bad sleep cycle and most nights I can’t sleep or I wakeup 3 or 4 hours after falling asleep. Taking two of this gummies knock me out for good, the best part is that even when I wake up in the middle of the night (to use the bathroom or just opened my eyes for whatever reason) after 5 or 10 min im back asleep. I have been able to sleep 7 to 8 hours straight with this product and I’m dreaming a lot for some reason. I have been using it for 2 weeks every night. I already subscribed to this product and hopefully they (the manufacturer) don’t change the formula. I can’t recommend this product enough.
Amazon should deliver this product with an ice pack during summer months. They stick together because the temperature, they should be stored in a cold place. I have them in my fridge.

I wanted to try a lower cost item that was similar to the original bear shaped gummies so I bought these to try. They are terrible, didn’t taste good, bad texture, very stuck together, smell bad, don’t work well. What a waste.
I do not recommend this for sleep.

I have tried other melatonin previously and they haven’t had much of an effect. The melatonin from LiliCare includes Magnesium and Ashwagandha that seems to make a difference for me. I fall asleep quickly and when I awake, I don’t have that fog brain that benadryl causes me.

I have tried 7 other “sleep aids” on the market. Most of which are just melatonin. This on the other hand has a different blend that actually benefits the user from a proper and deep sleep, WITHOUT the awful feeling of being tired when you wake up.
From my first dose:
After NOT taking any sleep aids for 2 weeks, I gave this a try. So, I usually get home from work around 9am, so the sun is already bright outside. I get home, eat my meal, then take a hot shower to relax my body. I then eat a gummy, and within 10 minutes I start feeling my eyes get heavy, and a wave of relaxation just take over (such a great feeling lol).
Long story somewhat short, this thing knocks you out pretty fast, ACTUALLY relaxes your tired body especially if you’re experiencing restlessness and sore muscles, AND you feel WELL RESTED without any nasty grogginess. And as for taste, it’s great! It’s a very light grape taste that’s enjoyable
