I have found that I can rely on MegaFood products, in general, for quality formulations and for integrity of the company. This product, in particular, offers an especially good formulation of trace minerals for those who want to avoid some potentially dangerous components such as iron and copper in their supplements. There are just a very few companies producing “whole food” vitamins and this one, for me, has proven itself time and again. I have tried other whole food and plain jane vitamins and have incurred digestive, liver, and gall bladder upset. I discovered this brand more than 20 years ago and have been sold on their effectiveness. Directions indicate to take three; however I only take one or two per day, depending on what organic food I have consumed. The levels of minerals may seem small compared to other vitamins selling for a similar price, however, with a whole food vitamin your body will process this type of vitamin much more efficiently (thus less is good) with minimal or no stress put on other organs such as liver, gall bladder, stomach, intestines. A very good product I will continue to use.
