This product is great for relaxation & promoting sleep. However, I’ve found after continuous use I wake up in the mornings with a headache. 3/5 stars for the reason.

My doctor recommended magnesium glycinate if melatonin didn’t work.
At the recommended dose (2 pills = 400 mg, with dinner), these pills help me fall asleep at night. So did melatonin, but when I wake up during the night, I now go back to sleep in about 20 minutes. Melatonin at bedtime helped me fall asleep the first time, but when I woke up in the middle of the night, a second dose did me no good; it took me an hour and a half to go back to sleep.
I tried capsules, but the capsules I tried were only 100 mg, so I used up a bottle of them in no time flat. I’ve found that taking these 200 mg tablets as a dietary supplement is more effective for staying asleep and much more cost effective than either the capsules or melatonin.
My only complaint is that they’re large but uncoated, so some people may find them tricky to swallow.
