    Comprehensive, evidence-based, easy to follow, actionable, the list goes on! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this book. I especially love the breakdown of various approaches (e.g., positive psychology for improving sleep, mindfulness-based therapy for insomnia, CBT for co-occurring insomnia and chronic pain) using a mind-body medicine/holistic health model. This is such an invaluable resource and a MUST HAVE for every sleep specialist!
