    I didn’t realize how big of a problem insomnia is for so many people. Learn how to get to the root of the problem so that you can have a better night’s sleep. This book promotes CBT, stress management, and all around, better habits to help promote better sleep. My biggest takeaway was unclogging my brain. with the day’s events, I’m really shutting down at night. I have created a nice quiet space for myself to relax with no technology after ten p m. The book has a lot of useful information. When you start to sleep better, you have better days and they’re more productive.

    I didn’t realize how much backstory there was to insomnia! There is so much more to it than just “being stressed out.” this book walks you through a wonderful education about insomnia and its triggers, small changes to your daily routine and bedtime routines to help improve sleep, and more. There is also a bonus guide for you to try cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, and a workbook section to log sleep habits overtime so you can see your individual trends emerge. If you’re looking for other supplements to try besides sleep aid drugs, there is a helpful breakdown on different herbs to try with an explanation of how much to take, how it works in your body, and the pros/cons of that particular herb. Very helpful!!
