Saw lots of people on the internet using magnesium to help them fall asleep and was very doubtful. Other sleep aids have never done much for me, but I was willing to give it a shot. And it has really paid off – I love this stuff! I take it only on occasion, but I find that it helps me fall asleep easier and stay asleep. My only complaint is that it gets super fizzy when mixing, and it doesn’t dissolve entirely.

I was told about this a couple years ago. And it actually works very good for night cramps

Well for starters I will NOT knock this product it works to an extent. It makes me fall asleep but since you have to drink it with 8 ounces of water I have to wake up and pee like 2 hours in to my slumber. Then going back to sleep is hard ash. The “chalkiness” people are talking about is really just them not reading, it’s fundamental. You need to use warm water and let it fizz before you stir it, then there will be no chalky texture. It tastes ok not great, but the benefits are there it also helps my morning bowel movement, It’s good for that as well. It’s cool but defeats the purpose of sleep overall considering waking up and going to the bathroom.

This has a very weak faint fake orangey taste with strong oddly metal notes. Will not rebuy. garden of life quality standards have suffered in recent years lieu of offering a greater number of products. Their ingredients seem to be throwing everything but kitchen sink in to bulk yp weight as filler. Very disappointing.

I was having some cramping in my legs, someone was telling me about magnesium and that could be the problem. I am glad I tried it.

Get yourself a cheap frother wand.
Super easy to mix this in water w the frother.
This alleviated all my “low magnesium” symptoms I was having.
It also keeps me regular (& that was previously a struggle).
I even bring this on trips. That’s how much I like it.
