I really like these pillows. I needed new ones to replace my old feather pillows that were too flat, and these did the trick. They are very comfortable, and you can adjust the level of foam inside to your comfort level, it even comes with a pouch of extra foam. The way they came was perfect for me though. The curved bottom is wonderful if you’re a side sleeper, it supports my head and neck nicely. Also very soft cover, and I like that they come with a cooling side.
The only tiny issue is they fall out of pillowcases unless they are fold over ones, because of the curve, but that’s not a big deal. There was an odour to the covers when I opened them but I washed them and it went away.

Excellent quality, comfortable and most importantly it is an excellent pillow for people with neck and back issues (which I have).
Stacked together (they stay in place and don’t shift) you can sit up and read in bed comfortably with these pillows better than any other product on the market in my opinion.
This is a well made pillow, great value for the money, has no smell/odor as some have suggested and provides proper support for those with neck and back issue.
Very comfortable pillow for anyone looking for a good night’s sleep.
I have purchased this pillow again since my first order (queen size/twin pack).

I’m extremely picky when it comes to pillows. My husband jokes about how many pillows are piled in the closet due to being rejected by me. This pillow is super comfy & keeps its shape, pros for side sleepers like me. I need very firm support and I like that this pillow came with extra stuffing, but pillow was stuffed enough for me straight out of the box. It did have a chemical smell but I let it air out for 2 days before use & it was fine. This time also allowed the pillow to expand properly as it was sent vacuum sealed. The label on the pillow states which side is the ‘cooling’ side but I really didn’t notice a huge difference between the two sides. Definitely recommend.

I almost never write reviews but I love this pillow so much that I thought it was worth writing one. I’ve bought dozens of pillows and spent so much money trying different pillows and pillow types, trying to find something not only comfortable, but something that doesn’t leave me sore in the morning. This pillow was it. It comes with extra memory foam stuffing that you can add to the pillow if it isn’t firm enough for you but I gave the pillow a try as it came the first night. I did not find it to be comfortable because it was still too firm so instead of adding material, I took out about a grocery shopping bags worth (if it were compressed, it would be about the amount of extra that comes with the pillow to add). It was and has been perfect since. It’s so comfortable not only when I first lay my head on it at night, but it stays comfortable throughout the night and the icing on the cake is that I have not woken up with neck/back/shoulder pain since! I think the customizable piece of this pillow is key because we all have specific needs and it’s hard for a one size fits all pillow to work for those of us struggling with the average pillow.

Nice cover over the pillow, shape is helpful for side sleeping. I’ve needed to remove a fair bit of stuffing as I found it too high , but overall quite comfortable

I am a real customer reviewing this Pillow.
Over the years I have tried to find a good pillow, and needless to say I have spent a lot of money on the pillows. But none of them were the right fit for me. I even tried the (My Pillow) and was not happy with it.
I watch the videos on this Pillow and I decided to try it. I have to say, I am in love with this pillow. Not only was it the best pillow I have tried, but I woke up feeling more rested than I have in years. It was a totally awesome feeling. I love the shape of the pillow and how it supports my neck and head so well. I cooling side is very nice to.
The only thing I was not pleased with was the extra foam. I noticed the top of the bag was not sealed, so I used my vacuum sealer and sealed it. After walking back to put the bag away, I notice some of the foam on my floor. I checked the bag again and noticed that the bottom of the bag wasn’t sealed either. My thought was, how can someone fill and package the foam bag and not see that?
All and all I love this Pillow.

Pros:
1. It comes with extra stuffing
2. Both outer and inner covers have zippers to its easy to adjust the amount of fill.
3. The curved side is not deeply curved, and at first look I couldn’t see what good it would do, but I was wrong. The curve is just right for me. Helps keep me on my side.
Cons: The silly idea that anyone would actually sleep on this pillow without a pillowcase, which creates a barrier and renders any potential cooling effect null and void.
2. The very comfortable shape is a little odd-looking in a pillowcase leaning against my headboard, but so be it.
I have been a back sleeper for years due to neck issues but now am forcing myself to sleep on my side to mitigate sleep apnea. I expected misery, but thanks to this pillow am doing well and my neck is not giving me trouble. Also, I am getting much better rest – evidently not trying to die a million times every night – and this pillow just feels good. The chopped up foam stuff it’s filled with is FAR superior to old-fashioned fiber-fill, which has been my go-to due to feather allergy.
While pillows are hard to review, because each person has different needs, I thought it was worth throwing out there that I have been EXTREMELY pleasantly surprised by how much I like this pillow. Oh – as others have stated, there is a chemical smell that is somewhat strong, but after a week it’s pretty much gone. Anything containing memory foam is going to stink for a while. The nature of the comfy beast…..

I never review anymore, primarily due to to the fact that there is enough whining to go around. However, I felt like giving my two cents and I wish that I would have had this info. First, the good, this crescent design is great. This is a heavy pillow also. I consider that a plus. I think it will hold up. Next the bad, this pillow has got to be 8 to 10 inches thick. I finally fell asleep and when I woke up my neck was super stiff from the angle. I am going to use this pillow for a prop on the headboard when I watch TV. Hopefully that will scrunch it down to a usable thickness. If not, the German Shepherd gets it for his dog bed and I will let him rate it. Iam glad that I didn’t pull the trigger for two of them. Jury is still out!
