Not convinced it helps but certainly doesn’t hurt. Bottom of feet feel gritty and sticky after use.

I’ve been spraying and rubbing this into my feet every night, and with the addition of socks, my sleep has been much better. I don’t wake up as often and feel like I get a better, deeper sleep. The socks also help with the slight stickiness of the residue.

I use this to spray on my stomach and abdomen. The only thing is it makes my skin feel a bit itchy afterwards. Not sure why. I also don’t know if it actually does anything or if it actually absorbs magnesium into the blood stream. Probably won’t buy again.

Slept really well after spraying my feet BUT unfortunately it caused my feet to peel pretty bad

Doesn’t absorb into the skin and feels like you just dipped your feet in saltwater at the beach and feels like you have dried salty feet in bed ! I thought it would absorb into the skin and leave them dry , however , this feels very uncomfortable to have on your feet when going to bed ! Would not buy again !
