I’m a 45 yo woman and my hormones are wacky. I’ve been using this supplement religiously every night before bed for several months. I’m sleeping better, digestion is regular and I’m feeling less on edge. Tastes good enough, nothing extraordinary but it doesn’t taste terrible. I give it to my teens occasionally as well. They have no complaints about taste and they take it happily. I highly recommend trying it. It’s not often the label promises deliver. For this product I feel like it does. Very glad I found it. I ordered the two bottle package. With all the information out there. I chose it for health reason’s. It has a great strawberry flavor. I like drops so I place them right on my tongue. I use to get toe cramps and they have decreased . I like it better than pills as I have recently chosen several liquid concentrated dietary supplements.

I have a very sensitive stomach and even though this is in a oil liquid hit has a pleasant not to sweet strawberry flavor; this is my 2 order and I’ve noticed it has started helping with my muscles spasms and pain/knots as well as sleeping better.

This is really great, I only do a half a dose because of the amount of B6. I tame it before bed, sleep really well, taste is great.
Ppl should know the effects are subtle, you think it’s not doing anything but realize at the end of the day how much more you have gotten done, that you didn’t have the energy to do before.
I have only been using for 4 or 5 days, I will update.

As a bariatric patient, I have to be picky about supplements. They need to be chewables or liquid. Magnesium is an important mineral and I was very excited to find Mulittea’s Magnesium Glycinate Liquid. It is tasty and easily absorbed and at a great price too!

I haven’t even used the produce nor will I. Before even consuming this liquid, when I opened the bottle I noticed the ink on the dropper was running down the glass. This definitely freaked me out because I am not sure what type of ink they’re using on their droppers…Usually droppers are etched with the numbers, not this one. I refuse to use this product as I do not feel I can trust this company after having this experience…and I cannot return the product. I’d stay away and buy from another company as I should have done in the beginning.

I am always Leary of the taste of things I’ve never tried, but these are tasty. They helped me sleep better, I felt more alert when I woke up.
