If you take these one hour before bedtime, you definitely should be groggier and more tired as they are POTENT gummies that work very well at what they do! They taste like some kind of berry or cherry flavor, super easy to swallow, help me to get to sleep faster, but don’t keep me asleep. No, I have other health issues that sometimes interfere with me getting a good nights sleep, and like now, get about four hours due to my current hospitalization.
I do wish that, despite how strong one gummy was, that they were $5-10 cheaper as then they’d be much more of a value or “bang for the Buck.”

Have a flavor of strawberry. They’re easy to chew with then I would say 10 to 15 minutes. You’ll be fast asleep.
