My daughter has a hard time sleeping, especially when away at college. Some melatonin products have caused issues like bad dreams. This brand works great and she is so happy with the better quality of sleep she is getting!

I love Pure Encapsulations brand. It is the only brand that I have been able to find which has zero fillers, colors, gluten, sterates, etc. I purchased this melatonin after purchasing this same brands DHEA and I plan to purchase almost all my supplements from them from now on.
I am taking one 3 mg capsule about an hour before I plan to fall asleep and this stuff helps me doze off like a baby. I don’t have any weird dreams or nightmares taking this like I have with other brands of melatonin…prior to this brand I was taking GNC brand which contained magnesium stearate and I was happy to replace it with this cleaner version.
I highly recommend pure encapsulations and I hope they continue to make high quality supplements at decent prices! If they do, I will be a customer for life!

I was looking for a brand of supplements that do not have all the extra crap that are in others. I like that this brand only uses ingredients that are necessary. I have several supplements from this company and they all work as they are supposed to. Occasionally I struggle with falling asleep so I take one of these and this helps to quickly get me to sleep without tossing and turning all night. As with any sleep aid, I make sure I only take this when I know I can get at least 6 hours of sleep so I don’t feel groggy in the morning. I’m not sure if these would make you groggy because I only take them when I have at least 6 hours of sleep, but I know other brands have made me feel groggy. I have also taken these when I am not quite tired but know I want to get 8+ hours of sleep so I can fall asleep, and they have worked for that as well. If you struggle with the occasional sleep issues, I would recommend trying these.
