Really like this set of pillows, as they hàve more volume that my old pillows. They fluff up quite high and feel cool on my head and neck when I lay down. They are more expensive than regular pillows, but they are worth it. Happy that they have a removable outer case for cleaning. Glad I bought them.

Update: The seller reached out in an effort to try to provide a resolution to consumer dissatisfaction. A replacement product from a different batch was sent and tested.
When the new set of pillows were opened, I could tell right away the odor was significantly better. While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew.
After allowing them to air out and expand as directed, we gave them a try. The pillows are EXTRA FIRM, but adjustable. Some filling was removed to suit our preference, and the pillows were re-tested; they are now comfortable.
There is a nice feature that I didn’t notice before. The pillows have dual temperature fabrics. One side is cooling, while the other is standard.
In summary: These pillows can be a wonderful addition to your bed if you are looking for something full and firm to place against the headboard in a pillowcase for show “as is.” If you are actually using them to sleep on, they can be great after adjusting the fiber-fill to suit your needs.
Overall, whether I’d recommend these is dependent upon which batch your product will be coming from. The first batch I DO NOT recommend, the second batch I highly recommend.

I purchased these due to the great reviews. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I’d hoped this product could be the answer to waking up with neck pain. I will never know whether this could have been a solution to my discomfort, because I couldn’t get past the smell!
Immediately upon opening these I inhaled an overwhelming stench that smelled of mold. I wanted to give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt to see whether the smell would dissipate. The instructions say to wait 24 hours to allow for full expansion, as they arrive compressed.
After 24 hours, the smell wasn’t any better. I allowed these to sit out for a week, and the odor is so horrid that none of us can even bring ourselves to rest our heads on them to test their performance. Even my husband who has a NOTORIOUSLY diminished sense of smell, commented that they have a “STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR.” He said “just let them air out a few days, and they should be fine” When I informed him that I’d been airing them out for over a week, his eyes bulged! 😆 My son and I both have allergies, and just being near these pillows made our eyes itch.
The product has positives that should be noted. 1. The product is esthetically pleasing; thoughtfully designed, and appears high end.
2. The pillows have zippered washable covers.
3. The pillows are full and firm
4. The product is adjustable. The filling is shredded, so if they are too firm, you only need to remove a bit of the filling until the suit your needs.
If you are sensitive to strong odors, these may not be for you.
If you’re still with me through all of that, I hope this helps someone out.

Quality pillows for the price. One size really is quite cool to the touch and the memory foam pellets in there are great. It’s pretty firm and high for my neck so I use it as a body pillow. If you like high, fat pillows you’ll probably like it. It’s both soft and firm at the same time and so far it’s kept it’s form (2 weeks use).

Love the pillow for its pillow aspects. But man people are not lying about the strong smell! I aired it out for two days before I could handle the smell. I’ve been using it for about a week and the ‘cooling’ side still smells pretty strong. I have awful stuffy nose this time of year so it’s honestly not bothering me much, but my husband couldn’t sleep on it. So if you want to use it right away or you are sensitive to smells, I do not recommend. It’s a very strong chemical/burnt plastic sort of smell.

The support, firmness, size and texture is amazing. Great support for back and head. I’ve slept like a baby and it definitely stays true to that cool feel. One side is Bamboo & other it’s Cool. Either side is amazing and there is not flatness to the pillow. Love the look and feel of my brand new pillows!

These pillows are amazing. They are cooling and the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever had. I don’t wake up with neck or back pain. You can adjust your own firmness fir how you sleep. I’ve bought very expensive pillows before that were not nearly as comfortable. They are perfectly priced so much so that I’m going to buy my family some these pillows.

Exactly as described, I am not disappointed with this body pillow. Thick and fluffy with great shape. The cool side actually works, really like it since We are having 30 deg. Celsius days where we are and this pillow ysatys cool and silky feeling. Noy hot and heavy. Really enjoying it in every position possible. Finally a pillow that doesn’t flatten in a couple of days.
