This product really absorbs into the skin and helps immensely with muscle aches and joints, I also put on the bottom on my feet to aide in sleep, works great! It also doesn’t leave a residue feeling like the oil does! I recommend this product if you need help sleeping and as a bonus it smells good !

I have a lot of trouble sleeping and use melatonin a lot, and this magnesium cream was actually recommended to me by a therapist as another sleep-inducing option. I like the smell of it, and it makes me relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend it as something to try for relaxation and sleep at night. I keep it on my night stand so I can reach for it when I wake up in the middle of the night.

This cream works pretty good on my sore muscles. It’s. It a miracle drug but it helps me sleeep a little better when I use it. The lavender smells very good.

This is a nice thick cream that still spreads well on the skin. It isn’t greasy and soaks in well. Basically, it has disappeared moments after application and I can get into bed straight away. It has a nice, gentle hint of lavender which is not overpowering. Because it spreads well, I don’t use a lot in each sitting. I apply it nightly to my calves and feet.
I’ve not had any leg cramps while using it but I still haven’t been able to sleep. With that said, it would have to work miracles for me to get a good night’s sleep.
When mine arrived it had a best before date of just under three years.

Best to use art night really does help you sleep better. Rub this on my legs every night before going to bed, works great. No problem with smell, helps with pain relief, non greasy and moisturizer for legs
