I used to have to take 8 magnesium supplements every night for digestion. Now I can just pop these when Ive eaten too much or maybe eaten something heavy.

These are amazing I can’t recommend them enough. They help with everything that they claim to and literally taste like candy, but not in an overly sweet kind of way. Took them during my second pregnancy last year and will continue taking them as long as they’re being made.

I have a hard time staying asleep because of restless legs. Without these, I have to stretch my way to sleep, and then wake up halfway through the night and have to stretch/exercise my way to exhaustion for about 40 mins before being to fall asleep again.
With these, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I noticed my sleep is deeper. I also had the opportunity to really test if it was just these magnesium supplements or a combo of other vitamins, and I was able to prove these for being singularly the solution for my restless legs.
I take 3-4 depending on how stressful my day was about 20 mins before bed. They taste great and tart (raspberry). They’re a little on the stiffer side, but that is not a bother at all, especially since too soft gummies can melt and stick to each other. These will not have that problem.

I love the product; as many other customers, this bottle arrived unsealed and therefore suspect. I called for a refund (Google Amazon’s 800 number and skip the automated system) in any case due to safety concerns. I’m okay with the consistency; what matters to me is that it’s lower sugar than most gummies– orange cream flavor is my favorite. Another reviewer questioned product potency; many magnesium supplements are 100 mg each.

I’ve used this before and the product is great. But the recent bottle I bought smelled like complete acetone. I had to throw it away

This product is directly advertised as having 400 mg. I was looking for a gummy that had all I needed in a single gummy and this seems to be the case, quickly reading that a serving size is one gummy on the nutritional label. However, there are two nutritional labels and the main nutritional label, a one gummy serving size is only 100 mg of magnesium citrate. For health and safety reasons there is a no return policy on such an item. I respect the policy, I don’t want anybody messing with my or your supplements. The Coca-Cola like nutritional facts, whether I want to drink 8 oz or a whole bottle, that makes sense. For a nutritional supplement, I do not understand the purpose of two serving facts other than a deceptive description in the products title.
In addition to this, the gummies are awful in flavor and texture. They are hard and waxy, the peach flavor is over powering and not very peachy, and one must choke down 4 just to get the advertised dose. Yuck.

I’m a huge fan of this brand. I’ve tried several other magnesium’s that were too much on my stomach. This one gives me zero problems while still seeing a difference. I cannot recommend this enough. Great for those with sensitive tummies like myself.
