I like these. I didn’t think they’d do anything at first, but I’ve noticed that it’s easier for me to fall asleep when I take them. I also feel a bit more focused and relaxed. I’d recommend them if you have a hard time focusing and unwinding at the end of your day.

This is no placebo like some have stated. It normally takes about an hour to kick in with me. It helped me sleep through the night although too high a dose seemed like it might have caused insomnia. I was taking it every night for about a month and a half but felt like it left me dopey and almost high and had some next day dopiness. Be careful taking it and driving since you may not be at your sharpest. I stopped taking it to try and clear my head for a few days to see the difference. Some have stated it helps sharpen your mind, it did the opposite for me but definitely was an anxiety destroyer. It worked very well except one morning I took it on an empty stomach when I woke up and became very irritable. I would eat before taking.
