This is my fourth LED therapy mask, and the second from LuxRenew. The first from another brand had more colors than I needed and was the hard molded plastic style. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t tolerate it. The extra colors weren’t really supported by enough evidence to satisfy me. The second mask was the soft style that drapes comfortably over the face but it didn’t have the top strap to hold it firmly in place.
The third and fourth masks were from LuxRenew and included the neck and décolleté piece. The straps were soft and comfortable and held the mask in place so I could move around without it falling off. The eye protectors did a surprisingly good job of shielding my eyes from the bright lights.
After using LED red and near infrared light therapy for over two months now, I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my skin texture and quality. I use the face mask with the “neck & dec” piece almost every day after washing my face and before applying any topicals. It has become a very relaxing part of my bedtime ritual.
The price of this product is reasonable, and a better value for the money than the other brands I have used. The fit is excellent, as if it were made for me, and easily adjusted with the Velcro straps, especially the top strap. And as for performance, a man I have seen almost every week at orchestra rehearsals for nine years actually commented on my complexion, something men don’t typically notice. At my Italian language class, the teacher asked me in Italian how old I am. I answered settantatré (73) and she corrected me by saying “sessantatré” (63). When I confirmed that I am 73, she and the other students were very surprised.

Says it comes with instructions, but it doesn’t. Zero directions on how to attach straps or how to use remote controls. Also, it came missing the peel off dust cover, which makes me think it was used, returned and repackaged.

I have used LED Red light therapy masks before, but none compared to this one. It is very well made and easy to use. I like the fact that is has 5 energy levels. It is comfortable when using. I like the separate neck and chest red light. I have used for 2 weeks and can see changes already. Sunspots are slightly lighter, fine lines around my eyes are softer. I am sure with continued use more positive results will happen. This mask if much more powerful than the hard types I have used before. I am so happy that I purchased this well-made mask. It’s really nice, but mine did not come with a dust cover either as another person said. I too wondered if it had been used as well. The instructions were ok, but they could have been better. It did NOT give any instructions on the specific numbers to use for different needs. That was the biggest disappointment I had with the item. It is very soft and works well, but the instructions need to improve for sure. Also you have to email the company to even ask questions, would’ve been great if I could’ve called and asked these questions.

I bought this item in August and it ended up having a short in the cord and the light was flickering in the face mask. On the inside of the box cover there is a 3 month refund on their product. The return window for Amazon had closed so I reached out to the company by email that was on the box and they had THE BEST customer service I’ve had to deal with in a really long time. They asked for me to send a video of the problem which I did and I had my new mask in 3 days. They were very friendly, professional, and prompt with their emails. Their box states their customer services are available 24 hrs and they really are. I sent emails at like 11:30 pm and received a response back in about 30 min. They are a great company, and I like the item! The photo is of the new item.
