This pillow set has very little support in my opinion. I sent it back. If you are looking for firmness, this pillow set is not for you. It is super soft and when you lay on it, it flattens out. Used for a few minutes and it was very uncomfortable.

I was in the hospital a day away from being released when I realized I wouldn’t be able to lay on my side or lay flat for awhile so I needed to find a solution that could be delivered by next day.
This fit my needs perfectly.

The concept is great. The smell, not so great, but I’m sure it will improve in the next few days. The velcro on both sides already ruined this on the FIRST night. It’s all crumpled from being compressed and it is hard to straighten out. When I was attaching the velcro pieces, it immediately caused the snagging. If you don’t get them exactly lined up it will get snagged. You pay a decent price for something that gets defected the first night…maybe try another.

This pillow set has served me well. After developing sciatic pain after birth, I’ve been having difficulty lifting myself up from the bed. This has allowed me to rest and sleep well and get off and lay on the bed better. I would recommend this to someone who needs to sleep in an upright position.

Purchased for my boyfriend after his hiatal hernia esophagus repair and stomach surgery. He has to sleep sitting up on a recliner. I purchased this pillow and he was able to sleep in the bed again. It’s been 4 months and he is still using it instead of a pillow!

This is my first wedge pillow (for gerd). Being memory foam, I was prepared for the “stink”, but it was mild, and after airing out on the deck for 6 hours the smell was virtually gone. As far as support, I was skeptical because it seems too soft in the hands. I hate the foam that is so soft is squashes down to nothing when you lay on it. But pleasant surprise – this offered the support and still was comfortable. The pillow did support my neck & head securely while I slept. No more head bobbing and morning neck pain! The versatility is good. The curve in center did not detract from support, and is just enough to help with side sleeping. My only complaint is the case can shift, and the edges of the strips on each side are very scratchy. It actually woke me several times rubbing on my arms leaving scratch mark on skin. For that reason, I wish it had a secondary pillow case. A sheet or throw over it might help. Overall a decent purchase. For those with reflux – YES, the pillow has helped my GERD.

This pillow is helpful at first but the Velcro rips the fabric off wherever it could get stuck to. In addition the seams are splitting after 2 months of use. I could say “it’s not you, it’s me!” But the pillow is in the wrong and I’m afraid I have to move on to another. I would recommend a dark color where you could wash it if necessary by easily removing the outer fabric.

This item is well designed & sturdy enough to keep you propped up. The functionality of the pillow is perfect to allow pain relief. I’d recommend this item to anyone whose looking for something comfortable to keep you propped up.
